I had a small problem with my Honda Civic bumper. It was not a big ticket item for Garry’s business. But it would have been a big expense to me as I’m a pensioner on limited income.

My little problem didn’t bother Gary or Blaine. They treated me in a first class manner and had the bumper fixed within a day. They also went way beyond what I asked for when they fixed some other minor scratches that I had not been aware of.

Thank you Gary and Blaine. You are true artists. I recommend your services to any one needing great auto body work done in the Edmonton area.

I had issues with rock chips on my 2017 Mazda CX-5. The color on my vehicle is the Pearl Soul red, a new color introduced by Mazda in 2017.

I was required to have two quotes from auto body shops as determined by Go Mazda. After attending the two auto body shops, it was very clear to me which one I would ultimately choose and this was Reflections.

The General Manager Blaine, conducted the quote / appraisal and he was thorough. Blaine took the time to explain everything to me as I am very particular about my vehicle and did not want to look at my vehicle and notice in any way that it had been painted.

Blaine assured me I would be happy. He went further and wanted me to come and view my vehicle, prior to him returning it to the Dealership. If for any reason, I was not pleased with the work / paint, he would rectify the issue until I was satisfied.

I did return to Reflections to view my vehicle and I was very impressed with the results.

This is a business that is totally about customer service. From the time I booked my appointment, complete with google maps attached to locate the business, the reminder about my appointment, to the estimate, everything was very professional.

This business is rated as A+ by the Edmonton Better Business Bureau and has been in business for 32 years. I can see them in business for another 32 years because that is just how great they are.

The staff and workmanship at Reflections is amazing! I've been there once before and decided to come back because I had such a good experience last time. The intake process for insurance claim estimates, body work, and rental was smooth. Reflections not only fixed the damage that was covered by insurance but they also went above and beyond and popped out the dent on my passenger door. My car was in such good shape when I picked it up that I had to check the license plate to make sure it was my car! I'll keep recommending Reflections to those who need auto body work. I've had my vehicle hit twice in the past couple of months. I've taken it to CSN reflections both times and I couldn't be happier with the results. I asked a ton of questions and was given nothing but great information and help. Gary, Blaine, Theo, Jade and all of the other staff had been great to deal with. The shop is top notch. 100% would recommend to anyone who is in need of a quality repair.

Reflections did an outstanding job !!. They went over and above what they needed to do . My car looks just like when I bought it from the dealship . I highly recommend taking your vehicle to them if you ever have damage to be fixed , and on top of it they give you life time warranty on their work! Customer service was absolutely incredible .
