I am sorry wait times can longer than expected , we do try to be right on time. Sometimes we do have emergency patients that come in to the clinic or some injuries can be more severe then originally indicated making appointment times longer. We do have signs indicating wait times can be longer than expected and care about all our patients. Our patients are important to us, but sometimes wait times can not be help . Other technologist do work in the clinic, but are not able to do all exams or some exams require our specialist. If other patients are coming in before you , they were for other technologists that work in our clinic. Staff are suppose to be friendly and helpful. If you ever run into problems with any of our staff please contact management immediately as they require all staff members to be respectful and helpful to all patients. Again I do apologize for any inconvenience that occurred in one of our clinics as we want all patients to feel respected and get the results that are required for them to get better.
