(May 19, 2018, 4:25 am)Tim's coffee isn't a rival for a good Harrar, nor a Sidamo, but it's not supposed to be. It's a blend that's tasty, satisfying, and that's a good thing all by itself. How good is it? I find myself bringing two 930 gram canisters back into the heart of coffee appreciation, just to remember Tim's.
