Thank you as well to the store manager for helping us to resolve the problem about my account. Thank you Guys! Rogers please promote these gentlemen, they are better than calling the customer service.

(June 13, 2018, 5:02 pm)I had the BEST customer service experience at this location with Arthur. I had HUGE problems with Apple trying to upgrade to a non-Apple product, and he went above and beyond any service I have had to help me out. I saw him doing the same with other customers, and in this crappy customer service age, it was so refreshing to deal with someone who actually cared about me, my phone, and my upcoming trip to Jasper! He did everything he could possible and it renewed my faith in customer service! There was another manager on duty who helped me as well another day, I believe his name was Ari, they both were amazing! I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone, and thank you so much Arthur!!
