(February 17, 2019, 5:51 pm)Everytime I come here, they answer my questions to a degree. But pass the buck, so to say, to the customer service line. And no one ever has the same answer. My plan was told to me one way. Two different staff members tell me new things about my plan each time I go in. Consistency would help. And when I want better reception in my areas of the home network, they offer a new plan. Things can be improved.
