  Overall the care is exceptional. Doctors are wonderful. Radiology technicians, with the exception of one, are amazing. Radiology nurses are so kind and personable. My rating is a 3 due to the miscommunication in regards to dressing changes. Every Chemo Daycare unit nurse, With the exception of 2, was flustered by the process leaving me feeling uneasy and worried about my picc line. This worry was warranted as it became infected And irritated. Please speak up if you are feeling uneasy during a dressing change. I promise it will cause you less pain in the end. Take care everyone.

  The staff and nurses are extremely kind. I can't imagine what they go through day to day. They manage to face such a hard, dark, and depressing topic with such great optimism, kindness, and respect. They really treat each patient as their own. We were kept up to date with how my mother-in-law was doing and what was to be expected from the treatment.
  
  Since we were visiting from Vancouver we had to be out of our hotel by 11am but our flight was not until 6pm. They very kindly set up a room in the back for us so my mother-in-law could rest and we had somewhere safe to leave all our luggage while we had one last look around.
  
  Thank to all who helped us in October, and we will see you again in April.

  This place has some of the most inspiring staff. While I was there I never felt alone. and they didn't treat me like I was fragile. which was very important to me. they're amazing.

  I thank very much nurse Eloise in laboratory, because she poks me well and from first time in triage of blood and I didn't feel any pain. My case is very difficult to search my veins and when I was in the hospital before and after operation surgery all nurses pok me more than 6 times just to put the ????,so with Eloise I don't have any phobia of ????.
