  Very pleased with the Edmonton Northwest Toyota dealership.This dealership was top notch! Kevin Singh went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the 2019 Toyota Highlander I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided ,the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Kevin Singh ( Assistant Sales Manager ) to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. Great deal and a respected person by heart.After what I had to recently deal with at another dealership this is the only one I will come to and bring my own family to. Everyone here is friendly and willing to help, More then a car dealer is for sure, Northwest Toyota is where it's at.“ We received excellent service from Kevin Singh sales rep from Northwest Toyota. He gave us a deal that was very difficult to turn down. I am certain it was a compromise that may have cut into his and the dealership commission, for sure he nor the dealership have lost any money in this transaction but the point is that they are willing to dicker in good faith, in good will like the way honest business should be done.   I have been away from the Toyota family for awhile, but I bought 2019 C-HR at Toyota Northwest Edmonton today. Everyone was amazing. I dealt with Amanda, my sister from another mother, she is hilarious and is very knowledgable about the products. Truly a pleasure to work with. The finance guys are wonderful. Kept me in the loop the entire time. Overall a great experience.

  A very welcoming environment, and a pleasant buying experience. Paul, the salesman that I dealt with, went out of his way several times to make sure that I got exactly what I was looking for in a timely and efficient manner, and did a wonderful job explaining all the small details to ensure I was getting a great deal. All of the staff I met here were friendly, approachable and at no time did I feel pressured into making a buying decision. I would highly recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a new ride. 5/5

  I am going through a divorce and am very stressed the day I needed a vehicle for myself. I was honest with them about my situation financially and all levels. They took great care of me. Much more than I ever could anticipate. They brought me donuts, coffee, they made me feel important, precious and made me laugh. We took group pictures with my truck......they were very generous with me and made everything feeling easy and with grace. Bless I was to meet these guys...thank you Correna, Devon, and all others. You made a big difference in my life. Forever grateful.

  We liked the down to earth atmosphere within the dealership and the relaxed atmosphere. They could not find a 2018 Tacoma so they got us a 2019 for the same price. Leanne in finance explained the changes and the differences to us very well. I was very stressed out, because buying a new vehicle is stressful. She addressed my concerns and answerd our questions very well. Paul allowed us to take the truck and test it over night which was helpful in our decision to purchase. Matt and Ali were very helpful as well and easy to talk to. Everyone that you deal with here makes you feel welcome and they offer you coffee when you walk into the dealership. I like the washrooms in this dealership they are very clean. I also like the service bays very bright, clean and organized. I am looking forward to purchasing a Tundra here in a couple of years. If Paul is available I would deal with him again. However any worker there is friendly, helpful and would see to your needs.
