  To put it in few words it was a great experience to stay at this hotel. It is new, the rooms are clean, modern and practical furniture, lots of light in the room with abundance of electrical and USB charging plugs. Good cable and it actually works. Nice bed with fantastic pillows. Everything in this hotel says 5 stars for sure. Definitely one of my favourite holiday inn hotels.

  My family stayed during the weekend for graduation. The hotel is new and very clean, beds were comfortable. But my favorite part was the breakfast! Lots of variety and delicious coffee!

  One of the best complimentary hotel breakfasts I've ever had! Rooms are a great size and very modern. Underground parking was a nice bonus for security, our car was warm and ready to go in the morning despite it being winter, and only a short drive away from West Edmonton Mall. Will definitely be staying here again!

  Would stay again! Very clean hotel with very friendly staff. We accidentally booked our stay on the wrong night and the staff were so good about fixing it. Beautiful room with beautiful bathroom. Complimentary coffee ran out in the lobby and the staff were on top of it as soon as told.

  The best hotel I stayed in so far. It is new and very clean. They have taken care of every detail. There are a lot of towels, it is spotless clean they have built in shampoo, conditioner and shower gel (so you do not have to squeeze tiny bottle of shampoo when you are washing long hair in the morning). The stuff are friendly. Breakfast was great with lots of coffee and tea. There is coffee machine in every room and they offer guest book to answer all your questions. They are even selling snacks if you want something quick to eat. I have never felt more rested and beautiful after a night in the hotel and this one was at cheaper rate than most I have stayed in before. Thank you for creating friendly, safe and clean environment. Felt very welcomed and taken care of.
