  While the hotel is clean .. it definately could use an upgrade. The wallpaper in the hallways in all patched up and the colors are definitely outdated. The furniture and beds as well could use an upgrade . The hot tub is definately disgusting though .

  The staff are quite friendly. I do agree though that they could use a little help in the customer service department at the front desk. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I would say that you get what you pay for . Nothing fancy , yet comfortable and clean.

  Great hotel actually. Much worth staying here, fantastic rooms and quality at a great price. Helpful friendly managers and a good continental breakfast. I thouroughly enjoyed my stay here. One issue if any is that the rooms are not great for sound proofing????

  Stayed here Feb 23 in the Spa Suite.
  
  Good things:
  The room was nice and everything worked and the bed was very comfortable.
  Andrew at the front desk was fantastic! Professional and helpful and checked in to make sure we were satisfied with the room.
  
  The Bad:
  Andrew's replacement Sunday morning: rude and short tempered with the person ahead of us asking questions about breakfast.
  An alarm was going off from 8am for hours a few doors down from our room- not a clock alarm, was way louder. Called her at the desk and she said nothing she could do because of the DND sign on the door. We knocked and no one answered. Called her back and said no one answered and maybe she should do something because A) someone could be having an emergency inside the room B) it's annoying and we paid quite a bit for a room. She still did nothing and got rather short and rude on the phone.
  A maid opened the door and called in to see if anyone was inside - no one - but it was a fire alarm going off. The people from the room came back right then and said they had to leave because it kept going off and the front desk was no help!!
  
  Besides the alarm event and unhelpful/rude front desk lady, this hotel was a decent stay.

  First time staying at this hotel and it was clean, good. The kids enjoyed the pool! The staff was very friendly went over and above to help us. Very close and convenient to the West Edmonton Mall.
