Tracey is also amazing, she is an absolute gem! And their security guard is such an awesome guy too! I have zero complaints for this bank :)

(July 3, 2020, 11:50 pm)Just got off the phone with someone from this branch. I was looking to book an appointment at any branch to speak to somebody about applying for a loan. The agent was not very friendly and did not give full details of what she was talking about until prompted (ex. She said there was availability "at 10," with no details of what day she was referring to). I eventually accomplished what I set out to achieve with the phone call, which is the only reason for 3 stars.
