  I just purchased my 1st BMW- a 5 Series- and was very pleased with my experience with Bavaria BMW. From the moment my husband and I walked through the door in mid January Matt Redhead greeted us with a cheerful smile and a sincere disposition. He worked to locate the perfect car for me, which happened to necessitate a dealer transfer, but he made sure I could test drive an equivalent model so I could be sure of what I was buying. He was never pushy and was very respectful of my thought process when considering the model and features of the car I wanted. The negotiating process with Chris Hussein went well and I left feeling good about the deal that I made. Matt came in on a day off to deliver my vehicle and took his time to help set it up and explain many features of the car. The sunroof required a reset and I had to bring the car back in for a small service call a few days later. Edwin, the shop forman, quickly diagnosed the problem but over and above that he was absolutely amazing in answering many of the questions I still had about the vehicle. My experience at Bavaria BMW has been excellent thus far and I look forward to a good working relationship with the dealership going forward. By the way, I love my 5 series... what a beautiful, luxurious piece of engineering!!!

  I was referred to Bavaria by a family member. Chris Hussein and Landon Carlson took excellent care of me from the start. They respected the budget I had in mind and worked tirelessly to find me a car that fit my wants and needs: it ended up being in Winnipeg. When it finally arrived they ensured it was clean and 100% ready for me to take home. Thank you!

  In one word...STELLAR! Mason at Bavaria BMW is a genuine person who wants to help and provide exceptional service. He, along with their sales managers Jason and Chris did an excellent job making the purchase of my X5 an easy process. They were flexible, respectful, a good group to talk with.   I just got my X5 today and love it so much .Thanks to Landon Carson, he is a superstar . He took time to explain and since we just communicate via email but when we met in person he took effort to get to understand all our expectations. He makes our car purchase experience very comfortable and pleasant. He sure is a experience and professional sale consultant. If anyone wants to purchase car at Bavaria look for Landon, you will ever go wrong and I sure will recommend him to my family and friends.

  Cherish and Mason are awesome! They went out of their way to help me. I purchased a vehicle about 10 months ago. I’ve only been back to the dealership a couple of times after. First time was for my first service and second was to get my vehicle repaired - not manufactured issue. Both times, I felt I was a VIP. They understood my needs and helped me with my needs both times. Based on past experiences, service department are very nice at all dealerships....sales only nice when you make a purchase or show interest. However, Cherish and Mason are exceptional!! They tried their best to help and fulfill my needs! Great job guys!! Please keep up the good work!!
