I have been seeing Dr Donald Chan for roughly 25 yrs. HE ALWAYS treats me with the utmost respect and makes sure I see best specialist if needed. Receptionists are friendly enough as well.
I and my entire family have been patients at The clinic for over 25 years. Dr Donald Chan is a kind caring man who never makes me feel rushed and it is wonderful having a Dr who has my medical history. We have always been treated with kindness and a genuine interest for our well being. I was surprised to read a negative review as this has never been our experience. I like that you are required to remove your dirty shoes at the door, and slippers are provided. The front reception staff is efficient and well organized.
