Firstline Nutrition Supplements and Weight Loss

I originally was looking for a good quality multi-vitamin and a probiotic for my kids. I found the knowledge about the products here top notch. My kids loved the product and I have repeated the purchase.

Very pleased with all the tips and help that Richard has offered me over the years. Being dedicated in the gym is one thing but dialing in your diet is a whole other ball game, Richard is my go to source of info and will continue to be!

I've been going to Firstline Nutrition for many years now and I highly recommend that people go visit the store and see all the great products to choose from. I've been to Supplement King, GNC, Rush, Popeyes... But none of those stores have the same quality products. Clinical testing & nutritional supplements, better quality products, products that work and gives you great results!
Don't listen to the negative reviews, it is worth going in store and to see for yourself why other stores can't compete with Firstline Nutrition products.

This is a must visit supplement and nutrition store and will be the only one myself and my husband continue to use. The service and education received from Richard is beyond superior! His passion for uncovering and helping you with your specific needs with applied knowledge and science is like nothing I have ever experienced from health practitioners or as a guest in other supplement stores.

Both my husband and I have very different needs when it comes to nutrition and supplements and he took the time to address both of our needs in depth. Firstly is my husband who has been training and building muscle mass for years and thought he was a seasoned veteran until talking to Richard, he has now far upped his workouts and has built almost 7lbs of muscle in a matter of weeks in a healthy and natural way! I am vegetarian starting a very rigorous training program, he uncovered the needs I had and in no way pushed product. Instead he educated as to what my primary needs are to help me achieve my goals in a very healthy manner. I did also take advantage of the BMI in depth reading he offers as a service and is so worth it for a conservative fee. It allowed me to see all that my body needs and is lacking. (not like the gimmicky ones at the gym) I will have a follow-up with him and will post an update!!

The other incredible thing about this store is they have a full try before you buy bar!! you can try almost anything, protein powder or supplement to be sure that it meets your acquired taste and need (I cant do synthetic flavour or sweet I like natural which is hard to find) Its like the Starbucks of supplements!!!

A huuuuge selection of proteins. I was in the market to try something new and Richard is an EXCELLENT consultant. After trying out MANY samples, I've finally decided to pickup some cookies & creams!

So stoked to try these out! Def will be back and with my friends!
