We've been seeing the doctor since my first born came along. She now sees all my kids and I will not see anyone else. She definitely takes her time with each one and doesn't rush. I have had a two instances where, yes I did wait quite sometime, but that does not happen all the time. Yes she might be busy but I've noticed now on her front desk that there's a sign saying about missed appointments. If people actually kept their appointment times instead of not showing up, that would probably ease the wait times, so It's not just only her fault. She is overall one of the best pediatricians ever and I especially like when she and her assistants notice how much my kids have grown.

Dr. Doyle-Chan has been the pediatrician of all of my children. She listens well, explains things patiently and accurately. I would give 5 stars if the long wait times improved. Booking in for a specific time and waiting between 30 minutes to >1 hour at times and lack of parking makes me question the point of bookings if this constantly happens. I appreciate the time she spends with my kids when it's an actual issue and not a simple check up and understand that can skew appointment lengths. As a physician I really like her and she's been accurate on all issues the kids have had no matter the severity of the issues.
Dr Doyle Chan is an amazing doctor she takes wonderful care of my son. She always knows exactly what's wrong she's very smart and always listens to our concerns.
Dr Chan is all three of my boy's pedatrican. My oldest is 9 so we've been seeing her for many years. She's friendly and listens to my concerns and always gives me advice. I think she's pretty great and I have no complaints-- oh actually one! The wait times can be long sometimes- an hour or more. If I'm lucky, we only wait 5-10 mins to see her. But my boys are happy enough to see her
