Christal provided me with more ammunition to kick my unhealthy lifestyle than I could have imagined! She totally exceeded my expectations.
She gave me specific meal plans to incorporate healthy living into MY busy lifestyle and to be honest it was easy! I didn't know where to start but Christal took care of it for me! Now I make my own meal plans because she taught me how.
Because of her and her guidance, I've lost 8 1/2" to date - not to mention I make healthier choices every day!
She explained everything in detail and was my constant cheerleader along the way. AND! The food was exceptional and ALL of her recipes! Healthy food CAN be tasty - I'm converted!
I highly recommend Pure & Simple for anyone to add more balance to their life! Eating well improved my mental clarity and helped me sleep better at night too! -

Christal was able to gear a program that works for me and we have adapted things here and there as life goes to make sure I have the maximum benefit.
She works so hard to get all the information you need to be successful in whatever goal you have set for yourself and help you to get to that goal.
She is commited 100% and is such a wonderful cheer leader and knows how to give you a kick in the behind when you need it too!
