She makes you feelnso welcome and always has a smile on her face
The manager is very good at making sure you feel comfortable
The bar staff is always great amber is super nice and the new staff Samantha made sure you have a great time and never have to wait on anything
They are all super helpful and the room i had was top notch like i was treated like family -

(May 23, 2020, 5:54 pm)My husband & I stayed at the Ramada May 14, 2020 for a couple of nights, the best part of our time spent there was our Bartender PJ in Lucky's Lounge! She was so welcoming & professional. Overall the hotel is clean, the front desk staff are friendly but PJ's awesome attitude is why we give it 5 stars.
