Got a flat driving with a piece of metal piercing through the side tire wall and pulled straight in to this Kal Tire. They jumped through hoops to help me out. Darcy and Jordan are the best!! Thank you so much.

(January 22, 2019, 4:42 am)Late review! Had to get my tire patched up, these guys had it done super fast while I was at work and they’re extremely friendly and great with customers. I’m always wary or auto body and tire shops; but these guys have zero bad attitude and are very customer service oriented.

The staff are excellent and a pleasure to deal with. Service has been quick with realistic timelines for receiving your vehicle back. Scott and Steve are great. Had an issue with the online booking but Scott set me up a few days later when my tires would arrive from storage. He greeted me by name when I arrived and I was in and out in an hour as planned. Tire change without rims plus alignment check! Great service all around as usual!
