  Had carpet and vinyl plank installed. Sales person (Ben) was very helpful and was able to arrange for quick install of both. Estimator (Ray) was able to come to the house quickly. Vinyl Plank installer (Matthew) was great and did a very good job. Carpet installers (Ali) came and completed the work quickly, however they forgot to leave plumbing clean outs accessible and had to come back a second time. They also left scrap pieces of carpet behind which I did not need. I was kind of expecting that once the carpet as installed all the little pieces of carpet that were left would have been cleaned up but I had to vacuum those myself. Overall good experience though.

  I met with Mr. Paish in the St. Albert store in Edmonton and got the best customer care possible. Not only did he teach me about flooring but he afforded us the sale price which I had missed by a day while deliberating on color. Our deal on our office space has been "iffy" and I requested a refund to avoid losing money. It was a tough call based on timing but he told me he'd try his best and boy did he try. Between himself, Mr. Aaron and other key personnel at End of the roll, they got us a full refund. I really cannot stress the importance of Customer care and it's bonuses for clients peace of mind. There's no doubt in my mind about where to go for my flooring next time.
  I can't talk enough about the staff but I remember them trying to help me carry my 3 sample tiles. According to Mr. Ben, "We are here to please". Guys, trust me I am pleased. To Mr. Ben and his colleagues, we say a big thanks. This is the least we can do to express our gratitude. Keep doing what you're doing & have a wonderful xmas.

  On behalf of our clients and our cause, the Christmas Bureau of Edmonton wishes to extend our sincere appreciation to Aaron and staff at End of the Roll West End for supporting our float entry in the 2018 Grey Cup Parade.
