I have been going to this clinic for more that ten years and from my very first vist right to present day they have never let me down. The minute you walk in you are greeted by the front office staff who are very courteous, proffessional and it is ver clear that they want your experience to be second to none. When you make an appointment at this clinic it is very seldon that you will ever grace the chairs in the waiting room as seen to schedule their appointments so that you are locked after right away. Over the many years that I have been coming to this clinic I have seen all of the various physicians and they have always been fantastic and all working at the same high standard as you would expect. More specifically I have seen DR. NADEAU on a number of occasions who was very courteous and discussed with me in length the various pain relief options that were available for my back. Once the freezing has been administered it was painless. He confirmed why i was here and what area we were treating today just like it was my first vist. He always takes the time to inform you during each step in the process what he is about to do . This makes me feel at ease, comfortable and relaxed through out the proceure. I would highly recommend this clinic and all of the physicians and office staff as they are second to none. It is my opinion that you will not be disappointed.
THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME VISIT TO THE CORONATION PAIN CLINIC AND IT WAS A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE FOR ME. THE FRONT COUNTER STAFF WERE PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I ALSO GOT IN QUICKLY AND WAS SEEN BY DR. NADEAU, WHO WAS VERY KIND AND EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT MY PAIN RELIEF OPTIONS WERE, AND HOW THE PROCEDURE CHOSEN WOULD BE DONE. IT WAS ALL BUT PAINLESS, AND DURING THE PROCEDURE I WAS TOLD AT EACH STEP WHAT WAS HAPPENING, AND EVERY CARE WAS TAKEN FOR MY COMFORT. VERY IMPRESSED !
I'm looking into booking an appointment if at all possible. I currently suffer from Fibromyalgia and need some information and possible treatment for the new symptoms and understanding ways to deal with the chronic pain.
