  Rating based solely on VIP section. Super clean theater and bar restaurant. Menu option exactly the same as a sport bar restaurant. Food is expensive as always. Waitress are friendly and will serve you inside the theatre. The chairs are adjustable, big and 5× comfortable than the normal theatre chairs. This experience is worth the extra dollars.

  I have a mixed review. The movie was great. Seating was nice as it's the first time I've been since the reno's. The VIP section looked nice. Service was great at concession..... Sadly what drug down this review is the arcade area. First game we played glitched out and wouldn't let us play. Employee just said he'd keep an eye on it. Second game we went to play (pinball) was missing a flipper button. Air hockey table was not blowing on all areas of the table. Not cool at all. My son was upset he couldn't play all his favorite games.

  I really like this theater and would of have gave it a 5 star review..however I'm not a fan of the new VIP section strictly because of the food served. In my opinion if you truly want to offer a VIP experience then offer gourmet food cooked by real chefs..not some microwave pizza or meat and cheeses served in a plastic container. Being able to drink alcohol is ok if you drink alcohol but for me it's about the food served. Make it an experience that I want to come back to. Dinner and a movie is a common date night for couples.

  A nice theatre, I mean it's Cineplex. We have all been to at least one in our lives and we know how it goes. Too bad it's pretty much our only option in Canada but it isn't a terrible one. This particular location is nice, always clean and the staff are kind. The VIP is the best part though, staff are beyond helpful and the experience overall is amazing

  Tried the VIP theater today. And WOW! Better than the VIP windermere by far. Each seat fully reclined, the layout of the place is more inviting as well. We were served in our seats and service was friendly and polite. It did take a bit to get our drinks but it was busy and we chose mixed drinks instead of just soft drinks. Food was tasty. Somewhat pricey but it's a movie theater, so not that surprising. I loved the comfort to cuddle up with my husband by putting the one arm out of the way. It felt like I was home in our own house but WAY BETTER. Excellent experience!
