  Honest. Actually and refreshingly honest. Dr Sharma assessed me for braces and said with his current training he sadly can’t do mine.
  He was honest! And kind. And helpful, along with his very nice assistant.
  
  I have been going here since about 2005 and will continue. All good experiences. Always accommodating to my many requests , like no freezing when i was pregnant, no xrays unless critical.
  I think I have seen each dentist in that time, and see Carmen the hygienist who is REALLY good and friendly!
  The front staff are always professional and kind even late into the evening.
  
  Corrine is patient and understanding, waiting for months for my insurance to pay my bill, while I submitted and resubmitted files to my insurance to make it go through right.
  
  I like them. My family likes them. Even after trying several others closer to home, I will stay with Northtown. Dr Sharmas honesty today cemented it.

  All employees are professional and connect to the client emotionally. I had a huge fear of the the dentist since being a child, but since 2006 I have not had a bad experience with Dr. Birzgalis.

  Best dentist experience I have ever had. I have been in and out of different dentists for many years due to problems with my front teeth from a bad accident when I was younger.
  
  Dr. Raimondi is very good at listening to understand my issues and explain them in a way that makes sense.
  
  Him and his assistant were so caring that they took the time to make sure my front tooth crown was perfect after multiple fittings and trying different solutions until they were happy about it. Which I was surprised by because they could have gone with a quick and easy fix but made sure it was perfect!
  
  I would highly recommend!

  Competent, caring and skilled people, from the front end clerks and reception, to all the dental assistants and hygeine technicians, and the various Dr.s of Dentistry who work here. They are gentle, kind and thorough. They make it easy to trust, easy to return.
