(March 5, 2020, 8:01 pm)Ive been shopping at this location for years and have nothing but positive things to say about this location. Staff are for the most part knowledgeable and if they DONT know the answer to your question, theyre quick to find someone more knowledgeable to help, or go the extra mile to find the information for you. Stock is standard, and if you go in the mornings you can definitely see employees working tirelessly to stock shelves. Management has always been excellent, especially when called to the front to problem solve. In my many years shopping there I have seen them all handle countless customer complaints and issues with grace, compassion and respect.
Ive been to all three locations at different times, but the North Edmonton store will always be my favorite. -

(January 17, 2020, 7:41 pm)I have been into this location a few times over the last 3 years and I have had a bad experience. I would always choose to drive to the west location even though it was further away. I went in last night to get my car seats replaced after an accident and Ursula was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to get me two new carseats for my babies and help my mom get a carseats as well. It was refreshing to have someone so friendly and helpful give us a hand. Thank you Ursula for making me change my mind about this location and for helping us get the babies into new car seats.

(December 28, 2019, 2:13 am)I like this store. I do usually find what I am looking for, they often have decent sales around the holidays, and online has a decent selection too.
These guys have actually beat Amazon online sometimes in terms of price, and offer local pick up or shipping. -
