  We love our hot tub and use it almost every day. One day I hope to get a backyard pool as well and will reach out to this company again.

  Great customer service
  I went too 3 spa stores on 99st before I went to pacific spas .. helpful and friendly
  10 out of 10 above an beyond.

  Darcy's customer service is unbeatable. He helped repair our "as is where is" hot tub when we bought our house. He knew exactly what the problem was and had the parts on hand. He explained maintenance in thorough detail and was available after hours for support. If you're in the market for a tub or need a repair call these guys.
