(January 2, 2019, 4:55 am)The location I frequent is the one in North Edmonton. Needless to say, the staff and the service have never failed to 'wow' me.
But today was going to be 'extra special'. I made a call this morning and wanted to be attended to. A very responsible member of the team drove all the way from South to North Edmonton to attend me and it was only later I realised that the North location was basically supposed to be closed today!
For me, this is an experience in 'Customer Service Delivery' as I could've been politely declined too!
Much recommended and greatly appreciated! -

(May 25, 2018, 6:50 pm)I really like this place! $10 for eye brow threading. I always walk in first thing & never an issue getting in ASAP. The ladies here are so gracious & gentle; I get the same lady every time & she remembers me even though I don’t go as often as I should. It is very clean & serene inside, cool marble floors, beautiful foot basins etc. Treat yourself!!
