(March 21, 2019, 2:30 pm)The food is always delicious, but you’ll need to be willing to wait. I treat this location as more of a take out restaurant than a fast food joint because the food can take awhile to prepare. I believe that this location would benefit from having 1 or 2 more staff members. That being said, if you have some time to spare I would recommend trying it out.

(January 15, 2019, 7:25 pm)The sushi is always good here and they have a number of different, interesting and quite delicious options, however the customer service is something to be desired.
Waited quite awhile today as I sat at the table in front of the shop. No wave or acknowledgement that my order was ready so I sat patiently and continued wait. When I got tired of waiting and asked how much longer they informed me that my order was ready for awhile and they were waiting for me to come back. Mistakes happen, but I felt compelled to write this today because they weren’t friendly, I felt like I was annoying them by placing my order, and then to sit right in front of the shop and to not even get a wave that the order was ready!?
Hopefully it’s just an off day, but I think I’ll try to find a new place to go. 5 start food, 3 start service. -

I see people complain a lot about the wait... but it’s made fresh in front of you- so don’t complain about a wait. It’s gonna take a bit.
Patience for great sushi... worth it. :-)
