(February 20, 2019, 4:45 am)I would rate our experience at PCRM as a positive one going through one of the most difficult times in our life. From the moment we entered the office we felt listened to by the Dr's and were able to ask them questions without being rushed. The nurses were approachable and friendly and were available by phone to answer any concerns we had when we were not in the office. We were lucky enough to have a successful pregnancy and cannot thank PCRM enough for what they did for us. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility.

(February 1, 2019, 3:04 am)Went to PCRM for IVF and had the best experience. The staff were very accommodating, kind and polite. If I had any questions I had no issues getting in touch with the nursing staff or doctors on call and they were willing to listen to me, even if it ended up being my anxiety speaking! Would definitely recommend PCRM to anyone who requires fertility treatments.
Note: We also had to travel a significant distance to the clinic and the the staff were willing to help assist in getting tests needed where we lived and doing phone consults when required/needed.
