  I deal with extreme dental anxiety (due to previous Dentists) and a phobia of needles and was forced to come into Dr. Jou's office when extreme pain kept me from sleeping or eating. His staff was friendly and kind the entire way, got me in the same day I called and took extra care to explain every step to me. I needed a tooth pulled a few days later, he ensured I went home with good pain medication and antibiotics. The day of the procedure I was so scared but his staff again took such good care of me and reassured me the entire way. Dr. Jou was understanding when it took me a few minutes to deal with needles going in my mouth, but once frozen he pulled the tooth and I did not feel a single thing. We joked and laughed and had a great time afterwards, he really changed the way I view the dentist, and I will not be as scared the next time I go. Zero complications. He will be my Dentist as long as they will have me!

  + Assistants always smiling, caring and patient.
  + Dr. Jou extremely kind and professional, focused on high quality patient care.

  My experience at this office has been great. I find them very knowledgable and very fair with their fees. Their hygienists are very gentle and thorough. I would highly recommend this office.

  The ladies at the front desk were very nice in helping me with my insurance. My dental hygienist was Alyssa and she was very gentle and focused. I had beautiful teeth after I was done. The office has a great atmosphere and made me comfortable. I enjoyed the coy pond.

  Not only is the office filled with intricately wrought artwork, but the fish pond and toy sections are a big hit with my kids. Dr. Jou is one of the most professional, yet down-to-earth dentists I've ever met. I'd recommend the experience to anyone.
