  If you have been looking into SMP your search for the most professional and and affordable place to finally break free of the trusted ball cap is over !! I have invested in any and all forms of hair replacement solutions over the past 20 years , I was even a transplant consultant, and believe me when I say all of it is a temporary fix. However SMP is a game changer. Absolutely amazing and has changed my life I’m so many ways. For the first time in 20 years I walk tall and proud with confidence I thought was lost forever. No longer do I need my security blanket of a my hat to go out in plublic and no more anxiety of attending formal functions where I wasn’t able to cover my scars and reminders of my transplant disasters.
  If you haven’t been to any SMP shops you have nothing to compare to when meeting Kay, so believe me she is one of a kind and one of the best in the industry. Most places I met with were pushy and rushing to get me to book an appointment and pay up. High pressure sales tactics and blowing smoke up every hole telling me everything I wanted to hear to get my money out of my pocket the quickest way possible. Not Kay.....To be honest she even questioned if I had done my research and how informed I was with the process. She took the time to compliment me on my appearance as I was and asked me if this was something I was serious about. Told me I really didn’t need it. We both new I did lol but the fact she was giving me an out was incredible. Absolutely no pressure to book an appointment or commit to anything. In fact she sends you away to think about all the information she provides and you feel completely respected as a client.
  Now she’s not the cheapest, she’s not the most expensive either. She is honest and fair with a cost that’s backed up with the confidence that you will be 100% satisfied when you finish your last session. She completed the work in multiple sessions so it’s gradual and natural. Absolutely nobody in my family or my friends can figure it out !! She follows up and becomes more of friend then a technician that proves she truly cares about each and every client she works on. She’s driven by making people smile and live their life with confidence and freedom from insecurities that whether you admit it or not has controlled every decision you make when you walk out your front door.
  If your considering SMP and don’t take the time to meet with Kay your truly losing out on an amazing experience. I’m not saying there isn’t other great technicians out there , there are, but if you want to feel comfortable, respected, treated like a person not a pay check then you owe it to yourself to sit down with her, I guarantee it will prove everything I have said and you will see for yourself within the first 10 minutes talking to her. She’s so good in fact I travel out of province to see her, and I’m not the only one that does. That should prove her character and abilities are second to none. I could have gone local, but I choose to travel a day each way and incur hotel and travel costs because she’s worth every penny.

  I had been debating to have this procedure for about 5 years. After seeing Kay on the news I decided to give her a call and I am so glad I did. Kay is very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. There is a tv you can watch while having your procedure but the time just passes fast when talking to Kay. She makes sure you are happy with her work and is very genuine. I wasn't sure what to expect as far as "pain" as I read a lot about in forums feeling like a "scratch". I couldn't believe how much this did not hurt and how comfortable Kay's set up is. Last but not least her pricing is amazing! Especially for the quality of work she does. Highly recommend!

  If you are considering having smp done this is the only place you should go. Kay will make you feel very comfortable and explain exactly how the procedure will go, what you can expect, and all aftercare information. She will also provide you with her professional opinion, which I high recommend following. If you are seeking scar camouflage or adding density to the top, or both, she will leave you with a finished product you are happy with. One of the most impressive aspect of her practice is that when she is done the smp it is undetectable. She truly wants to help her clients and restore their confidence.
