Christina met me at the door and was so friendly and welcoming while also managing all the Covid-19 precautions. She was especially kind to my very chatty five year old! When Neil came to discuss the assessment and estimate, he was very clear and specific and answered any questions that I had. I really felt like he was working for my best interests. It turned out that we needed to leave the car there, so Christina arranged a rental for us. My daughter had told her that red is her favourite colour, so Christina went out of her way to organize a red rental SUV for us. I so appreciated Christina and Neil's kindness and phenomenal customer service.

From towing our vehicle to the site to the finalization of the claim was quick, positive and costumer focused! If you are insured with TD, this is the way to go! If you are not insured with TD, this is something to consider. Plus, I got a sweet rental!
