(December 28, 2018, 5:16 pm)Great store, bought a matching sofa and chair with a awesome boxing deal there, customer service was great and fun to talk to, backstock/warehouse staff was fast. And for an 'outlet' store, they actually have a great selection of mid to upper level furniture as far as quality and design goes, way above and beyond your typical 'outlet' store quality.

Really great prices and pieces. Staff are friendly, knowledgable and go above and beyond. We will be returning customers!

(August 31, 2018, 10:13 pm)Great customer service experience from start to finish. We came in many times before finally deciding on a couch set we wanted to purchase. Jadra was very patient with us and never pushy. One of the couches needed to be exchanged and Leah helped us with that process very promptly. I am very happy with my beautiful couches and would definitely recommend Finesse!

We have been customers of the Finesse Outlet location for a few years now and couldn't be more satisfied with any piece we have purchased from there. Sofa sets, dinning room tables, bedrooms suites, mirrors and I just picked up a new amazing Table Set with 8 chairs for my business and loving it. The sales lady in there "Leah" is always there to greet us with a smile and even though she is usually busy with more than one customer to tend to she, always goes out of her way to make sure we're taken care of! The delivery guys were also very professional and did a great job!
I'm in the service industry myself and in this day and age it's difficult to come across this kind of service! It's so nice to see it still exists!
