  Love this bank. In 5 years, I think I stood in line for maybe 5 minutes once. The staff are great, they work with you. They will even send out your bank statements for free not like other banks. I found out yesterday they don't charge a yearly fee for your Mastercard like other Mastercards do. The only thing I don't like is their telephone banking system, that is confusing. They will be my bank forever.

  One of the best financial institution. Great customer service, surpasses customer’ expectation, caring, comforting staff, quick resolution of problem or query: what else I want!!

  I met Rick Hensel within a BNI Business Force chapter meeting. He was very approachable and only wanted the best interest for me. Although I had a previous policy with a different institution I am glad I took him up on his offer for a second opinion. He sat down with me and paid 100% attention to my current and future needs.
  
  I was able to look at options that would be financially sound for my present day monetary commitments. I appreciated options so that I could make a decision without any stress. I was able to get a policy for both myself and my daughter to give me a piece of mind in the event of an emergency.
  
  I encourage everyone to give Rick Hensel the opportunity to have that second look (providing you have a current policy) or be educated should it be your first attempt of initiating a Life insurance and critical illness policy.

  Not bad customer service. They don't jump to the pump for you, they need a nudge or a hint but overall, a good experience.
  Best thing about them.
  Very fast line ups
  
  Worst thing about them
  They may be out of FRESH coffee.
