Definitely would recommend Dr. Lee. He has been all 3 of my kids pediatrician. The office staff are always friendly and helpful when I have questions and concerns.
Wonderful Doctor, I can not say enough good things about Dr. Lee, but his assistant is a whole other story. The phone is always busy, and when I do get through to book an appointment is if I can wait 3 weeks she'll book an appointment, if I can't then just go to the Stollery Emergency. It's such a shame, his previous assistant was the best assistant a patient can ask for, always greets us with a smile, always answers the phone, listens and knows to prioritize those that needs to see Dr. Lee first (I am more than willing to let others first, who needs him).
Dr Lee is the first pediatrician to listen to me about the problems I have been having with my son and he helped to get a clinical diagnosis and on the medication he needs to function well. The only downsides are that they are extremely hard to get a hold of, even during business hours their phones aren't always on. The other downside is one of the receptionists is not very friendly, the other one is great however!
Dr Lee is an amazing paediatrician. He truly cares about our kids. I was sick when I brought my kids in to see him and he was willing to assist me too. I am so thankful that my kids are in such great hands! His receptionist Kelsey is wonderful too! It is a very busy office so it may take more than a few calls to make an appointment but it is definitely worth the effort.
