(February 4, 2015, 7:55 pm)My GF and I just finished the 21 day challenge. Sabrina made the set up process so easy and she was very knowledgeable about the program and what I needed to supplement the program with on my own.
The food was very good! Loved the daily variety! Well worth the money. The ease and preparedness combined with the quality made this program feel nothing like a "diet".
Over and above the efficiency of it, I felt great and lost lust over 12 lbs!
Looking forward to being able to order a couple days at a time. -

(November 11, 2014, 2:53 pm)What a great idea! I use to always grab the Moos juice in the past, but this seems like a step up from that business model. They will prepare fresh, healthy amazing tasting meals for you to pick up or grab after your workout. The fact that they are located directly in the World Health Gyms is a huge plus as well. Post workout meals are fully customizable. 2 thumbs up!
