Front end staff is incredible and very welcoming. They accommodate me at any moment possible for urgent situations.
Dr. Dederich is very thorough and takes the time during appointments to provide detailed and practical action plans for future procedures. Would definitely recommend!
My experience at the at the Dederich Clinic was excellent. I had my wisdom teeth removed and felt as comfortable as I could throughout the entire procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. D for all your dentist needs! Such great work done on my teeth as well as incredibly friendly staff!

I would rate this clininc as one of the BEST. Excellent and nothing short of excellent.
Firstly: The Doctor. I saw Dr Dederich after seeing a few other periodontists in the City. The other doctors were non communicative, offering little advice on the best ways of maintaining gum health. Furthermore, Dr Dederich is a highly educated man and very much keeps up with advances in priodentistry. He offers you the best advice and treatment available. I have followed his advice and noticed substantial stability and improvement in the health of my gums.
Secondly: The Clinic. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, you are well taken care of. From being warmly greeted by Suzanne at the reception to seeing Dr Dederich, the whole patient experience is excellent. Most of the other periodontists I have seen offered unfriendly clinics, provided an intimidating experience, and certainly were not 'patient friendly'. They did not seem to want to connect with the patients. At Dr Dederich's clinic, everyone cares for the your well-being and gets to know you as a person.
Finally: The Administration. The whole experience of booking appointments, receiving reminders, sorting out the payment etc is superb and seamless.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dr Dederich's clinic to anyone. Generally, your dentist's office refer you to a periodontist they know. I would suggest positively asking your dentist's office to recommend your case to Dr Dederich's clinic.
We only have one chance at maintaining our oral health and I would rather be looked after by the best in field.

I highly highly recommend Dr.Dedrich! Him and his nurses were quick to get me in asap after listening to the problems I was having when nobody else seen the true emergency behind my symptoms! I felt extremly comfortable and taken care of the whole time i was there
