(January 23, 2020, 11:30 pm)Dr. Joel Torkelson was very helpful and informative. He doesn’t just provide solutions, he states the reasoning and justifications for those solutions and a detailed explanation on possible causes for whatever illness your pet may have.
The front staff were very friendly and helpful with the pet insurance process, and sent the claims themselves.
It was refreshing to find a vet clinic where money was not the priority, and helped lower costs when they could - which is truly rare in this industry.
Highly recommend to anyone weary of vet clinics, like I usually am. -

I don't have the words to express how lucky we have experienced his care - our pets are treated with love and respect. We moved away for several years, the moment we were back in town we reconnected with the Beck clinic.
