  I eat here fairly regularly as i live in the area, and find that the service in this Edo is awesome. It seems they really try to make sure your experience is good. There was a mixup with an order and i accidentally took someone else's food, so one of the staff came outside after me as i was walking to my car to inform me and to correct the mix up.
  I am no food expert, and order the same thing every time i come in (Sukyaki beef bento box), but its always been delicious every time.

  This restaurant is one of the very best out there for many reasons. The food is good, mostly healthy and has good portion sizes. It also offers a kid's menu!
  The customer service is amazing! They treat their customers with respect and will politely request your patience if they can't help you right away. Unlike 98% of businesses of late. They could care less if you come back, obviously you'll never tell your friends and there is an endless supply of customers. TELUS thought that same thing until they no longer had the monopoly and more than half the customers bailed and went to Shaw, a d a few other better businesses.
  
  Anyway, I've only had one negative incident where the lid wasn't closed properly and they graciously replaced it at no cost to me!

  Always great service! Foods always hot since it's mostly made fresh. Healthy ingredients. Great place to bring kids
