(June 29, 2020, 8:17 pm)I have purchased several new vehicles, always felt I needed a shower after dealing with salespeople, however, Randal knew when to back off and let my wife and I talk, spent an hour plus going over every tiny detail, pointing out small flaws and getting assurances they would be addressed before pickup...and they were.
They did their due diligence, but with a significant purchase I expected a little more fanfare!
On pick-up there were a couple small issues that Randal had found which he repaired on the spot. -
