I recently brought in a beloved coffee machine that had been scuppered by another company (the one whose company name consists of two four letter words). Not only was my machine restored to excellent working order, we were also able to fix the rather clumsy repair work of the other company. They had somehow rubbed off some of the insulation from a couple of wires, causing my machine to short out. Bilotta Food Equipment is the ONLY place that I will entrust my machine for future servicing.
Brought my machine in for repairs but decided to think about it. Staff (female with dark hair) was super friendly. We talked about the services and she took the time to show me comparable refurbished models if I decided to go that route. Still not sure if I'll get a new one or mine fixed but either way I'll get it done here.
This is the best place in Edmonton to get your espresso machine serviced.
