Elizabeth Gardens Apartments

I rented there for 2 tears and had a no issues with the building. The staff were more than accommodating when anything was wrong and very friendly. I would recommend renting here. The building was quiet and always clean. If ever back in Edmonton for any length of time I will defiantly go back. Thank you for the positive experience.

I have lived here for over an year now and basically found it to be an outstanding customer orientated management. All 3 management employees are very professional, personable and helpful. I had lost my key in the middle of the night and was basically locked out and both Raj and Rakesh responded promptly to my emergency and let me into my suite despite office not being open at the time. From the regular greetings in the lobby to helping out promptly as needed, this place stands far above to the other places I have lived in the past which is basically all my life. Lovely Place and people!.

This is truly an outstanding rental company, They have welcomed us in to our new apartment and provided us with assistance and help which is way beyond what would normally be expected. The management are super helpful. Highly Recommended.

I’ve rented at so many places in the last four years and I can honestly say I’ve never met a team or company that goes out of there way to ensure we are comfortable and get value for what we pay in rent.

From my first inquiry it’s been the best experience so far. Very straightforward rental process, very flexible with anything we needed moving in, the building is especially clean, great temperature maintained and the HVAC system keeps all of those unit cooking smells gone (bit of a big deal to me haha). Unit was very clean and maintained, and we were seeking a rental unit that was friendly, clean, quite and had measured in place to ensure the comfort of ALL tenants.
