  I moved my family members to Dr Jenny. I loved her service, been there over 5 years. This dentist office is very busy, I loved they always call to remind me my appointment. Office staffs very friendly. One time , I was late for the appointment, they rescheduled me without fine me. They also send card to my home to remind me about my appointment (I TRUTHFULLY appreciate that , you will never see any dentist office or doctor office will do so.. My previous "family doctor at Northgate", the nurses use stop watch to time the arrival time and also they don't allow us to confirm the appointment , have to call few weeks before, or else will be fine .. or called but did not show will be fine, or 16 minutes late will be fine.. ! LOL ) . Cloud 9 dentist is the best. They are a very busy office, if I reached there, I always go to the reception desk, let them know my name or my children name and their appointment time . I moved my children when they were 7 years old + , DR Jenny is really good to handle kids. Also HELEN, the hygienist, she really good with taking care of my problems and my children. I always ask for her for my appointments.

  Always had trouble finding a good dentist until my sister recommended cloud 9. Best experience I look forward to seeing the dentist now. For years I suffered with tooth pain. Visited multiple dentists and none of them cared to listen. Always no sir they don't need to be pulled we can fix them. Came to cloud 9 requested they be pulled and no questions asked. They agreed with me. For once it's my mouth again not the dentists. Thank you cloud 9.

  I am so thankful for Dr. Flemming and all the staff at Cloud Nine. I came in with many issues and terrified, but they all put me at ease and have done an amazing job. After 2 years of not being able to smile I can finally be confident in my teeth. Thank you all so much! I very highly recommend this amazing dental office ♡
