  There was a bit of a mixup with my booking and ended up being delayed another day but the staff were helpful, friendly and did their best to solve the issue quickly.

  Had to rent a car because mine was in the shop. Transaction to rent was fast and clear, just as easy to return. Had a 2019 Nissan Versa and it did the job. Car was clean when I got it and was in good shape.

  Front desk staff were good and overall the car was as well.
  I put 3 stars and here is why.
  I rented from this location for around $330 for 10 days, which is pretty good. The airport would have charged me $1060.
  I asked for snow tires, bc only an idiot wouldn't put snows on in the Winter if they had the choice. This location told me that only the airport location had snow tires. I later confirmed with Enterprise that it is not true, that each location makes that call. I had to change plans to work around snow conditions and got stuck a couple times, including WEM parking lot. I'm happy it wasn't my transmission getting me unstuck. It was a drain on our vacation.
