A&W

Coyosi (I think is how it's spelled) was a gem on the phone. I called to ensure my food was well secured so the delivery driver couldn't access it (as this has happened before, I received half eaten poutine) and she assured me it wouldn't be, asked for my order number so she could put more stickers all over the opening in the bag, and was genuinely very respectable over the phone and apologetic over the last time, despite it not being her store. I received the order and it was almost impenetrable, even I had trouble opening it! She truly cares about the customer she serves, I'm very happy.

We love the night crew. Always fielding and pleasant. Great Quality.

Fresh, well constructed product with an emphasis on quality NOT speed, unlike one other fast food restaraunt I won't dastardly mention. If you desire juicy burgers, crisp vegetables, and crunchy onion rings then you will get it, but you have to wait for it. Like all things in life worthwhile, there is effort involved in dining here and that is waiting longer for your food. This chain minimizes costs by hiring minimal staff in the kitchen, but they cook the food fresh and the product reflects this. I am not mentioning this particular franchise but A&W in general.

Great location. Food was fresh. Customer service was amazing. I like the fact that food is without antibiotics. We do not have to drive to McDonald's for breakfast options now.
I tried the chicken and looking forward to trying out the breakfast.
