need to make appointments like in any great doctor's office, been there since they opened, and the doctors actually treat you like a person , not a number like in the Medi-Clinics.
When I called about seeing a doctor the receptionist seem very polite and more than willing to help me. Being a new patient to the office I was told I had to first be a walk in (during 10am - 12pm). The next day I walked in shortly after 10, and after speaking with the receptionist I was take directly into a room to see the doctor. He performed an assessment quite promptly. I will definitely be going back to this office.
I totally agree with Catherine's review. The receptionist just doesn't have good communication/people skills. Other than that.. it was a very long wait to see a doctor.. when there were only me and one other person in the waiting area. But doctor I seen was good.
