(June 9, 2019, 11:01 pm)A very special place in the Village at Griesbach . Plaques recognizing Wartime and post war Aviators. Sketches of aircraft embedded in the concrete walkways and Lake Roundel, visited by lots of Canada Geese, all surrounded by some of the nicest homes in Edmonton.

(November 12, 2018, 9:48 pm)This park uplifts me. The bronze plaque of John McCrae's In Flanders Fields gives me goosebumps reading it a day after Remembrance Day there, at this park. Heroic, nostalgic, melancholic.
