  Good variety of footwear for the whole family. Sales people very friendly and helpful.

  Great selection, was very impressed by the selection and prices of both children's footwear and adults. We were so happy with our purchases, my husband had happily found a pair of shoes thinking they were on a decent sale. Only for us to buy our daughter a pair of shoes and him and the total cost still was almost half the price of the original sticker price. You can find everything from winter boots to strappy heels. They have great organization of product just not much in the way of customer service, not because of poor customer service but rather lack of people to provide customer service.

  Super friendly staff, willing to help you find what you are looking for, they can even check other branches for you so you don't have to run around everywhere. This includes: DSW, Town Shoes, The Shoe Company, and Shoe Warehouse.
  
  Good selection of products for the size of the store, well organized, and they do their best to clean up after messy customers.
  
  Their rewards program is a must if you buy shoes at any of their branches, even if you are not a frequent shopper.

  The building is clean, organized and staff are wonderful. The selection is great just really picked over. Sometimes it is difficult to find your size. Also their clearance section really doesn't have a lot of good mark downs. There are few 50% or higher discounts marked.
