  Jeff and Tracy are awesome to deal with. For some reason my winter SUV gets some sort of body damage every season and for the last few years Shield has brought my 4runner back to factory spec. Thanks again guys, I appreciate the quick and professional service! And the text updates were great.

  Terrific Autobody Shop. I had a situation where my vehicle was hit in a parking lot and the driver did not want to go through the insurance company, as the damage was under 2K on each vehicle. Shield really went the extra mile repairing my vehicle. My vehicle was in a minor fender bender in a parking lot. They reached out to the person who damaged my vehicle, explained the repairs and fees to them and had them pay in advance. For a minor fender bender; of no fault of my own, the team understood how already the customer having to have the repair done was inconvenient and an exacerbating experience, by my need to get the estimates and convey the information to the person who hit my car. The whole situation could have been a lot more complicated. I received quotes from two other autobody repair shops. Shield was the only shop to take the heavy lifting off of my shoulders. Understanding the effort to shop for estimates and explain them would only add insult to injury to the accident. They even booked me a rental vehicle; though I didn't end up requiring it as they completed the repair in a quick turnaround.

  I absolutely loved my experience at Sheild and I wouldn't have gone anywhere else! It was a lot of work and I was so happy to get it back. It doesn't look like the same car at all and there's absolutely no rust anymore! I was so happy to reach this milestone with my memorial build and I'm so proud of my car!
