  I am from Stony Plain and pretty much have chosen to only deal with this branch. They are actually the nicest people. I don't know everyone's names, but both Michelle and Sylvia are wonderful to deal with, as well as all the other staff I have encountered. Michelle noticed that I was paying way too much for my monthly bank fee (which I was convinced I needed by an employee at a different branch) and changed it for me. Keep up the great work guys!

  I opened an account with ATB in the summer and have been nothing but satisfied since. The staff at this branch is great! Michelle and Stephen are fantastic. It is definitely a different experience than those I had with other banks - they are much more personal and interested in my goals. I have and will continue to refer my friends to ATB for personal and business banking. Thanks for a phenomenal experience!

  I have been a customer of ATB financial now for nearly 10 years. They were a referral from a trusted business mentor at the time and I have had nothing but great experiences with them.
  
  Since I live close to the Grange branch I’ve started doing most of my banking at that location. After only a few short years I am now known by name by the majority of the tellers and I also know each of them by name. From the very moment that a person walks into the door, they are made to feel welcome and part of their community.
  
  Not only are they friendly, they were the most competitive several years ago when I was shopping for a mortgage for my home. Since then I have opened two additional business banking accounts and have two business term loans that I have since purchased some commercial property with. This is a bank that knows business owners and entrepreneurs. They are not afraid to take a chance hard working Albertans who have a vision and are there to help as needed.
  
  Not long ago I was doing a night deposit in the ATM for one of my businesses. I made a mistake and deposited an envelope meant for one business account into the wrong account. I phoned the customer service number immediately and even though it was late and definitely past business hours, a customer service agent picked up and was able to make the necessary notes on my account to correct the mistake. I was super happy with the way that they dealt with me and made me feel comfortable that the mistake would be easily corrected. They then went over and above when the bank manager Micelle Turcotte called me directly a couple days later to ensure me that everything was corrected and that they were thankful for my business.
  
  I would recommend ATB to anyone who is looking for a bank that is professional and knows how to make their customer’s feel appreciated.
