  I'm impressed by everything here! It's a very aesthetically appealing waiting room- Dr.fitzner puts you at ease and I'm very satisfied with his attention to detail and expertise. He has the best dental assistant I ever had ! She is great to talk to- very knowlegeble and will take the time to answer questions and make sure you are comfortable. Thankyou Dr. Fitzner and Kim! ????

  Great service, friendly staff! Kristen is the best hygienist I've ever had. She is super friendly and efficient and makes what is usually an uncomfortable experience very relaxing and pleasant.

  It took me a long time to find Heritage Oak Dental. I was even afraid of a teeth cleaning let alone dental work. Most of my work prior had been done under anesthesia....THEN I found this place!! Dr. Gibb was amazing and when he retired this year I was "OH NO!".
  BUT Dr. Fitzner...I gave him a 10/10 for freezing me today AND it was that front top one we all don't like. I feel totally blessed to have found Heritage Oak Dental and AGAIN doubly to have Dr. Fitzner and all the staff there. I'm 50 plus and since finding them, I'm finally over my dental phobia. I can't thank them ALL enough there!!

  I have been to several dental places, and I highly recommend this location. The office is well equipped to do lots of different dental procedures, and has a combination of younger and older dentists - great depth of knowledge.
  
  Some of the items our family love
  -They have a flexible schedule
  -Easy to get to and parking
  -Listen to concerns the patient has and are able to explain in a clear way
  -I have noticed they take care with patients on a budget (I did not ever feel that I was pushed into a procedure)
  -Hygienist takes detail and time to do a thorough cleaning and are careful on sensitive areas.
  - Reception is ahead of the curve - calling to remind you of an appointment, mail out insurance forms, Change in contact info - update one family member and are careful to update the rest of the family etc
  
  We are moving, I hope to find a dental office just as good as this place.

  I’ve never been treated so well and been so welcomed by a dental office. We were welcomed in with warm smiling faces and made to feel like a part of the family. I had an appt made for my 5 year old daughter and had to bring along my newborn. The staff helped to look after my young baby so I could focus on and comfort my daughter as she needed her tooth pulled. Dr Gibb was patient and nurturing with her, and made every effort to ensure she’d have a positive dental experience. My whole family was taken care of amazingly! It’s safe to say we will all be returning here for our dental care in the future. Thank you Dr A Gibb and staff for the most wonderful dental experience!!
