  Great service. I had brought my car in after my first accident and they were nothing but supportive and great. They helped me through every step and gave me perfect timelines. After dropping off the car, I had to then go to Enterprise to get a car rental, and one of the managers actually insisted on driving me to the nearest location.
  
  Upon pick-up of the car, everything was perfect. The car looked brand new, and fully washed! Obviously I don't plan on getting into an accident again, but if the time comes I will definitely be coming back here!

  Good service overall. My car had a minor accident last year, and it needed a replacement of the right rear door. My insurance company directed me to CARSTAR Ellerslie for the repair. CARSTAR processed the repair well and arranged an Enterprise rental car for me. When I picked up my car, the car was washed and looked brand new. However, I had noticed that the lock on the front passenger door did not function properly with the key fob. I called CARSTAR about the issue, and Katie scheduled a time with me to fix the problem. It turned out the car just required a quick fix on the cable connection. I was satisfied with the result. I would recommend my friends to go to this shop.

  As working at Enterprise whenever they require any pick up or assistance and no matter how they busy all staff professionally well behaved all the time whenever I walk in front of reception.

  They did a superb job on the body work for my Dodge Journey. Great service and finished in a very reasonable time frame. I recommend this place highly.
