It was a great class, very intentional, she knew what she was doing and everything flowed and made perfect sense.I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years and I did my YTT four years ago and since then, I prefer to practice on my own but after living in Siberia for 3 weeks, I needed a warm environment. I felt great afterwards and the next day. I also really enjoy your space. I drove 20 minutes to check it out and I will continue to do so over the next month. Thank you very much for such a positive first experience!

(January 14, 2019, 6:28 pm)Yes I am very satisfied. Was a bit nervous about going to a new studio and the yoga instructor greeted me very nicely, and she took the time to give me a tour of the studio, and also explain the rules. Great place! Very calm and soothing.
